My Friend Cover Art Animation

Designed and animated cover art for indie pop artist Emm's single "My Friend" in After Effects. This song is about being betrayed by a friend. My idea was to design a cover that consisted of a sword through a heart to symbolize that hurt and betrayal. I also made sure the design aesthetic fit with the rest of Emm's branding. This animation was created to promote Emm's single on social media.
